Prague Speech Team

The Prague Speech Team has had a very busy and successful year. I especially enjoyed this adventure with the kids because I got the chance to get to know them VERY WELL! From our escapade at districts with the horrible weather to our own Desirae TePoel going all the way to state, this is definitely one year I will never forget.
Next year promises to be an even more exciting and successful as I plan on competing with a full team. We will compete in more invites and refine the skills or our already talented team members. I think we have a fun and exciting year ahead of us and I can’t wait to see what other escapades we find ourselves in.

In addition to the success this year’s team has experienced, two of our students have been recognized for their talent as well as academic achievement. The NSAA has awarded Renee Palensky and Desirae TePoel with a special award, the Academic All-State Award. Congratulations to all for a successful year!
As a team, we place 3rd at Frontier Conference Competition, our personal best!
