Necessary Supplies/Equipment for Music classes

High school band:

Khaki shorts for marching

Plain white tennis shoes for marching

White ankle-length socks for marching

Black pants for concerts/contest

Black dress shoes for concerts/contest

Black socks (if wearing closed-toe shoes) for concerts/contest

Lyre to fit your brand of instrument for marching and pep band

Reeds and any other accessories needed for your instrument

Percussion players need to buy their own pair of quality drum sticks

All reeds, accessories and drum sticks can be purchased at most music stores. A limited supply is also available at the school.

High school chorus:

For all concerts and performances, please wear nice clothes with dress shoes. An example would be black dress pants with a white shirt and tie for boys, or a black skirt with a dress shirt for girls. Absolutely no denim or flip flops. All skirts must be knee-length or below, and shirts should be modest and school appropriate. This is your time to look nice and showcase your musical talents, and I ask that your clothing reflect that mentality.

K-8 music classes:

For any performances, please have at least one nice outfit with dress shoes. Absolutely no denim or flip flops.
