Got Food?

Starting in late October, Cheyenne Paseka, Kaytlin Johnson, and Mikala Havlovic put up posters around the school and in the school bulletin asking for students and their families to donate food that would be taken to the Saunders County Food Pantry. This was part of their FCCLA STAR event project that they present on Friday, January 16th.
On December 19th, the girls picked up all the food from the classrooms, counted it, and took it to the food pantry in Wahoo. After counting the food, they determined that the 3rd/4th grade classroom won the competition with 80 items donated. The total number of donated items: 208.
