Prague FFA Qualifies Team for State Competition!

Prague FFA Qualifies team for state.
On Thursday October 8th the FFA attended a land judging competition in David City. Prague was represented well with twenty five students attending the competition. Despite the cold and the wind the Prague FFA did rather well with 18 out of the 25 receiving ribbons including two in the top ten. Jake Smaus earned the highest score and first place, while Sadie Van Norman was seventh. The students were divided into 7 different teams and five of the seven teams earned ribbons including the first place team consisting of Jake Smaus, Nathan Sousek, Sadie Van Norman, and Hannah Schaefer. Prague earned first over Waverly, Norris and Raymond Central teams. The first place district finish qualifies the team for the state land judging competition which will be help on November 3, in Ord.
